Confirm Valet Pricing before using as it is $95 each time you get your car, not per day. However, the staff was very professional, we loved the ambiance of the Hard Rock Hotel, both Music and Artwork! The beds were so comfortable I had to ask the brand so my wife and I can purchase a similar mattress(Serta makes a brand exclusively for the HardRock Hotel). The HardRock Hotel will be our new choice for date weekends at least once each season!

recommendation for all of you guys if you want stay closed times square only 1 make me not comfortable is shower

Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly, including security, check-in, cleaning and restaurant staff. The room matched the photos and was spacious. The room was serviced everyday, which is very rare now a days. It was nice to see my room tidy and bed made every day. The hotel is a great location. It's close to the theaters, the subway, time square, and a convenience store as well as a variety of food options. Will definitely be back.
