Front desk greeting at checkin was extremely friendly and courteous. Answered all questions I asked. My daughter and I had an overnight layover so we didn’t arrive until 8:00pm. We dined in the OXBO Kitchen for convenience and menu looked good. The food and cocktails were very good, however, the service was poor. Upon arriving to the hostess stand, we were greeted with. “I just need a minute”…..no “hello” or “good evening”. We were seated a couple of minutes after and waited for about 10 minutes before anyone approached our table. Finally, the same female who “greeted” us upon our arrival also was our server. Again, no greeting whatsoever, instead came to the table and just stood until I spoke first, asking for 2 glasses of water to get started and then gave her our cocktail order. At that time, she informed us of a couple of drink specials, but only after we already gave her our order. She then asked if we were also ready to order our main courses. Once cocktails and food arrived, she asked if we needed anything else which I then asked for a side of ketchup. We started eating and she never brought the ketchup - I had to ask another server who happened to walk by our table. Not until we finished our meals and our plates were cleared, did she ask us how everything was. Food was very good, service, poor.
Also, bed sheet had a stain but we were too tired (11:30 pm) to even bother calling for service. My daughter put a bath towel over the sheet and slept on that.
