Xmas break.
Perfect location. Food is good . Cleanliness very good. We went for the Xmas markets and we were not disappointed. I would recommend the Radisson York for a break.

Fire alarm was tested at 8.20am not 10 30am as stated by all staff it was our wedding anniversary so we where away for the weekend woke up by alarm and no hot water to shower

I had a single room that was so small that I could not move around it, nor sit computably at the desk.. Nor could I get at the window to draw the curtains.The dark decor made it even more claustrophobic. The bed was so high off the ground that anyone shorter than me would have had great difficulty getting into it. I have stayed with you before and on that occasion had a nice room - not much bigger but big enough to be comfortable. the package was very expensive for what it was, especially as I had to pay for breakfast separately. next time I shall find somewhere else to stay.

Excellent location for shopping and visiting the Christmas market. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms very comfortable had everything we needed. Will be booking again.

First time stay.
Great hotel and room. The bed was a little too firm for my liking. The on site car park was very small and struggled with my big car and it was also full so used a really close by ncp car park. The staff all seemed helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Very happy with the location and the view over the river and York from our room. Within easy walking distance of the centre with excellent cafes and restaurants nearby. Service attentive but unobtrusive. Lifts efficient with little waiting required - important since we were on the top floor. Would certainly choose it were we to0 return to stay in York..

We didnt like being sworn at by egg man at breakfast when my husband asked for a 2nd egg.... Or the fact he threw the egg at my husband...wasnt asked if wed enjoyed our stay or if everuthi g was ok.. Decor poor and bathrolm sink chipped. Didnt appear a superior room, although lovely view
