Hotel although a little dated and tired in places beds comfortable and clean facility’s good, pool lovely and extremely friendly helpful staff we got it as a last minute booking for a great price and would book again without hesitation

The hotel is dated and in need of modernisation however the rooms are clean and comfortable and of a good size. There is ample parking on site and the staff are helpful and friendly.

We had a little overnight stay at The Grand Hotel in Roker and we weren’t disappointed what a lovely hotel so clean and the staff were absolutely fantastic especially the man on reception!!so friendly nothing was a bother The beds were so comfortable we are booking again in a couple of weeks time without the children this time ha ha
