Another great stay at The New Yorker. Clean room, comfortable bed. Staff is very friendly. The attached Tic Toc diner was wonderful as always with general portions & good for NYC prices. Doorman was extremely helpful with cabs & helping me navigate with my cane.

The street/garage parking across the street from the hotel was incredibly convenient and the Stinger (in hotel restaurant) had incredible service and food. Overall the staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. Beds were comfortable, room was very clean. Great stay.

The inside of the hotel is immaculate super clean nice and bright love it. Outside not so much, garbage all around on side walks and street. People who didn’t belong in the hotel kept coming in the doors and were told to get out. IE homeless, disturbed people. No security during the day to keep guests and staff safe. The restaurant in the hotel is great. Love the food and service was on point. I want to recognize a waitress who was there all 3 days of my stay. Her name is Nina. She deserves recognition and a monetary pay increase. She was attentive, polite, courteous, greeted me when I walked in within 3 seconds. Please acknowledge her for her excellent customer service skills as well as food expertise. You can tell her that I said this too. I will be staying at this hotel again in the near future indefinitely because of the the staff and how amazing the service is

Great location, good value and a good size room (particularly by Manhattan standards). All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The free bike hire in Central Park was a great bonus!
