Good room; helpful, friendly staff; fabulous view. Close to the sea & to Hove’s shops, cafes & restaurants. Easy access to Brighton, but a happy distance from the crowds.

Nice hotel by the sea
Good one night stay. Room was clean and spacious for a family of 4. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Unlike some hotels they are happy for you to order a food delivery and provide plates and cutlery on request. Breakfast was really good. 2 mins walk from the beach! Would stay here again.

Comfortable and clean although the room was incredibly hot resulting in a poor night’s sleep. Breakfast was adequate. Some of the staff had a bit of an attitude, others were pleasant and helpful.

The Hotel was not bad nor was it very good, but compared to the price we payed, it was very good. Since I am have health issues, the the broken elevator did not help. but the friendly Staff has put me on a lower floor level to ease the problem.

Lift problem
Overall our experience was good apart from the lift which had a problem throughout our 4 night stay. It was very slow and had a mind of its own, deciding which floors it would go to and when. We were on the fifth floor so a problem for us.
