Ok for builder/ manual ground workers to stay
Booked and paid for 8 people to stay in self contained apartment. 6 cups 1 fork 3 knives Couple of spoons 4 towels With not having enough utensils for us to eat or drink 3 of us went and booked in to another local hotel that was clean and had cups etc

We were a little disappointed not to be in the main building. We are both in our70's and found it hard to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. We were initially given the wrong key followed by wrong written instructions about how to use the key code. However we were happy with the the appartment, especially after we collected our towels the following morning. We would stay again on another trip to Liverpool.

The hairdryer didnt work. The heating wasnt sufficient in bedrooms or bathroom. Put large towels on beding to keep warm. No bin in the kitchen. No hooks to hang towels or clothes in bathroom. Lovely clean appt. Pity about the ither things.

Stay was absolutely terrible, I have been charged twice. Didn’t get checked in until 6pm because apartment key was lost therefore missed hour of event. Reception staff were rude. No communication and telephone number doesn’t work. Room wasn’t cleaned.

bad mattress and felt uncomfortable w/ no curtains
Was quite disappointed to find the “city view” room was GROUND floor, and the windows covered both walls and were big and only had blinds not curtains so I felt uncomfortable getting changed because the blinds had gaps where people could look in if they wanted. I did like the room it was clean and looked good, but the mattress was so cheap and I felt the springs and wooden base through the mattress so yeah I expected a better mattress which was disappointing. Would rather have stayed at premier inn tbh

Location and property is lovely however the room floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or mopped and left my socks filthy. The room itself was clean, just the flooring maybe needed a good mop.
