Central hotel
First time in this hotel- location is very central which is great but the downside is the noise at night from the numerous bars in the area. Double glazing is on the way which will help. The bar area is lovely and the cocktails delicious. Food was also very nice. All staff members that we met were friendly and efficient. Our room has been refurbished but the layout was a bit odd with tiny wardrobe space and no full length mirror. An iron and ironing board were available. Nice biscuits with the tea and coffee. Wasn’t keen on shower as there was no detachable hose and bathroom was a bit steamy/cold. Overall would stay again.

Disappointed in the hotel had booked a superior but more like standard room. Nothing extra to normal room. Work being done inside the hotel scaffolding in the hall not told prior to arrival

Beautiful hotel and our stay was perfect. Easy to find and the staff were absolutely amazing. I can say now we will be using this hotel again when we next visit liverpool and i have to give highest compliments to the gent that served us outlr lovely breakfast. Second to none on there guest service

Well located for shopping and transport hub. Very friendly greeting and check in by Andrew who made us feel very welcome. Room was clean and tidy. Would have liked some gluten free options at breakfastotherr than cereal and my choice of tea not available although advertised on the menu. Overall a nice stay for an overnight trip.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance from the NCP car park which comes with a discount voucher from the hotel. Near to all the tourist attractions, I've stayed here 3 times but had a refurbished room this time couldn't fault it. All the staff housekeeping etc excellent.
