I will recommend this place for it's well functioning tidy rooms and very clean toilets and bathroom. You get a pin code at about 2:30 pm via email to press hard on the keypad to twist and push open the heavy front door to then look for the room and a keybox when then you are to turn a suitcase like combination to try and take out a key to open the room door!
Rooms are larger than London's. There are showers and bath with proper soap and clean towels. There are suspected leftover visitor shower shampoos.
There is no one cleaner seen so take care of your own bathroom! Some one do come to put new toilet rolls!
The fully functional kitchen is great for cooking! The fridge is stocked with food from travellers long gone and a little suspicious to even touch.
Ovens, microwave, stove, kettle, utensils, chopping board, everything is working plus a television.
The Coke fridge is so noist that you can hardly hear the telly.
Neighbouring rooms can be an annoyance. One night some one on the top of my room decided to literally jump and thump the feet the whole midnight. No response when I tried to calm the excited souls.
What can be improved... perhaps the messaging replies. I needed to know where to leave my bags. Ended up leaving out by the staircase.
Location? Central. Walks: 15 min with heavy luggage to Liverpool Lime Street. 18 min to the Docks and Liverpool One. Baltic Market party zone and Chinatown min away.
The property has offers running, call them! I regret not doing.
