Beautiful hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved all the Beatle memorabilia on the walls and throughout the hotel. Also security getting into hotel and rooms was a plus. Walkable to many main attractions. Next visit to Liverpool, it will definitely be A Hard Day's Night hotel.

Worst experience in a hotel ever. We went on monday for shopping trip but from the minute we got there it was awful. This hotel is used for coach trips from around the world so it's really busy. Hardly any staff. I felt sorry for the staff as they were overworked and lack of support. The breakfast was limited and overcooked. The room we stayed in was deluxe twin room on the 5th floor but you can hear the music till 2am in the morning. So if you hate noise then Don't stay here! We went for cocktails in the evening and most of them, we couldnt have as they ran out of stock. Only good thing was it's a less then a minute to the shops.

My husband and I are huge Beatles fans so of course we needed to stay at the Hard Days Night hotel !! We received phenomenal treatment by the staff at the hotel and we couldn't have been more pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and all amenities !!! We WILL return in two years... Can't wait !!!!

Nice old hotel in a great location next to attractions. Did have to request changing room after a few hours as we were right above pubs with non stop base noise. New room was quiet but was twin beds instead of a king bed. Breakfast in the morning is a bit crowded. Overall nice place to visit on a first visit to Liverpool.

Lovely central location, helpful staff and nice bar with live music in an iconic city. Nice to be up on 4th floor as the area around the hotel is lively. Bathroom for double was huge as was the bed that couldve slept 3 adults. Shower could do with a hand unit option rather than the overhead.

Truly enjoyed this delightful Beatles themed hotel! Perfect location right near our Beatles tour and museums. We only stayed 1 night and we made the best choice with this hotel!

Great Beatles-themed hotel in the heart of the music district of Liverpool, around the corner from the famous Cavern club. Friendly staff, clean room and well presented communal areas. It was surprisingly quiet at night considering its location. The highlight for us was "Crispy Kale" on the breakfast menu. A small detail, but this the first hotel I've stayed at that serves this for breakfast, and it was delicious.

The only suggestion I have is to make the rooms more accessible for ladies makeup and hair dryers. We were placed I a handicap room we didn’t need so maybe that was why there was no dressing area. Except for that we loved the hotel!
