No coffee in rooms and bathroom doors are stupid!
Everything was good enough. Just 4 things that bugged me. 1, The rooms have no coffee machine. 2, The bathroom door is on rollers like a barn door. Every noise comes right through the door. 3 The window blackout shades are poorly designed, too much light gets by them. 4, There is a bad B.O. like smell in the lobby between the reception desk and the garage elevators.

Was expecting it to be luxurious and glowing, but was nothing more than a pig with lipstick, as it still is a pig. The toilet was broken so we fixed it. The wall furnishings were dirty. No amenities within the room. Disappointed.

It is a 'nice' hotel. It is not extraordinary or a first class resort. Location is on the river and has a great view. Staff was friendly. I cannot justify the cost for the amenities available.

Property was clean and staff we met were friendly. Only complaint was that a few times the bartender was constantly on her phone and sitting at the bar and not posted up behind it so even though we thought we’d have a drink there we ended up just going to the casino floor where they were much more welcoming. Other than that things were nice.
