Extremely terrible experience with this property and their staff. After booking confirmation from Expedia and text confirmation from property managers a week in advance, they didn't book any rooms and the night, when I was about to reach to property for stay, they told to come tomorrow like I went to buy some sugar and they were out of stock. They were completely at fault but instead of admitting their mistakes, they were very argumentative, aggressive and unwelcoming. The staff behavior was extremely inadequate, awful and unprofessional even when they were on the wrong end. I will not recommend this property to not even my enemies. They lack manners, they lack professionalism and they lack basic etiquettes to treat normal human beings. I talked to Expedia customer care team and they helped me a lot but the customer care guy who was trying to mediate also had a very bad experience with them. The Expedia agent also told me that they lack etiquettes and felt sorry for me. It is really terrible to restart for a 5 hour journey starting at 10 PM in the night with a ailing child at the back of car seat. Its big NOOOO from my side. Do your self a favor and NEVER go to this place.
