Guest Room 1 has a Queen bed and work space, Guest Room 2 has a full day bed and floor to ceiling glass windows opening up to an outdoor day bed in the garden. Guest Room 3 has an en suite bathroom with shower, a Peloton bike and 2 twin beds that can be combined as needed. Each room is equipped with a smart tv. Smart home features include Nest for Heating/Cooling, ADT security, Sonos sound system inside & outside, Alexa devices available for use. Living Room has an electric fireplace ideal for cozying up after a long day at the beach. It is a 2 minute drive or short walk to East Hampton village's restaurants and shops, grocery stores and farmers market. Beach is 2.5 miles away.
