First time in New York Marriott Was excellent
Everything at the Marriott Bonvoy was excellent. From the front desk, the room, the bar, the restaurant. All was a very enjoyable experience. Comfortable, everything we needed right there. Very friendly staff and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Close to airport with shuttle service, that makes your trips to and from the airport less stressful.

Fatiha is amazing
I was greeted by Fatiha at the front desk and was immediately welcomed. If you are lucky enough to meet her, you will understand. She was such a breath of fresh air after flying all day. She immediately made me feel at home and expedited my check in.

There was construction in the surrounding areas. The options for meals are limited to the hotel offers. The shuttle service was amazing. Very good. And the rooms were very clean although we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. But overall great airport hotel

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott JFK the night before an early morning flight. I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. Rickey at the front desk was eager to please when learning we were not happy with view from our room. He changed our room very professionally and swift. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the dining experience at the hotel’s restaurant. The menu offered a delightful array of delicious options, and every dish we had was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The Cesar salad was amazing. Our waitress was equally impressive, she was so accommodating and offered delectable recommendations. Overall, the Marriott JFK exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. We will not hesitate to stay here again.
