It was a nice property. The valet was expensive as hell for no reason. The complimentary coffee before 6:30am was wack. There was no vent in the bathroom. Other than that, it was ok. The room was ok. Pretty clean for that area.

For an airport hotel, this is a pretty solid property. Biggest issue is transportation from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle picks you up at a stop on the AirTrain instead of directly at the airport. Shuttle schedule is every 30 minutes but they will come on demand if you call them and they have a shuttle available. It’s just not well set up the way they have it now. Getting from the hotel back to the airport is not problem as they have a direct drop off. Restaurant is surprisingly good for an airport property. Nowhere around the airport to go off-property to eat. I’d stay here again despite the few negatives. It’s a good property.

No little lotion/ notions/ bathroom cups. Just a bar of soap. No snacks / drinks to purchase in room. Hard to get app up to figure out room service. A/c unit loud on and off. . No menu in room. Great shuttle service.

The Shuttle made this hotel accessible to the airport. The bar was open late with food available which was perfect for our evening arrival. Our room was very comfortable with nice bedding. The restaurant was open early for breakfast that was convenient for us. Overall staying at this Airport hotel was a seamless stop in our travels!

This hotel was impeccable. Stayed here for an evening prior to an early flight the next day. The food was delicious, staff were professional and kind, and the room was so comfortable. A newer hotel- beautiful. Shuttle transportation was convenient and timely. While a little pricey, I found this to be worth it.
