CLEANING FEE is 425.00 for 5 /6…. 450.00 for 7 ….475.00-8/9/10 ….Paid at entry
Damage deposit also do at time of checkin and IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST ON THE vrbo / expedia checkout.
Sleeps 11 and 50.00 per-person-per night for over 7 people. We have only had to keep two damage deposits in ten years. This helps all guest in several ways as we have never had to cancel one booking... because of any Clowns..
