Worst Hampton by Hilton we have stayed in. Rooms dirty bedding smelt. Breakfast was carnage not enough seating area to accommodate and staff were asking people to sit upstairs or take food to rooms. Food then had to be carried up 2 flights of stairs. Limited choice of food

Where to start parking was over priced at £60 then hotel reception and bar area absolutely cold enter the room looked nice then when you sleep diffrent bed was so hard could not get xomfy pillows were awful at 4am in morning i was online looking for a different hotel at 8.20 no warnings but builders doing work directly abouve the room had a zoom meeting couldnt attend due to noise wasnt aware of a room on 1st floor for this food was well below par bacon all stuck together sausages looked like they had dried out hash browns hard booked for my husbands 40th birthday and got to be said the worst hotel we have stayed snd will never book again for the hampton was also told liverpool game would be on that wasnt food menu itself was very poor little choice if i hadnt have booked for 3 nights i would have left that same night

nice view of albert dock we had

the hotel in general was ok it was the fact that they had a carpark and the machine inside wasn't owned by the hotel but by a third party which that i thought was strange but however even though they did give me a discount code it charged me double payment 😉 all it had on the machine was a whattsapp number on it i treid the reception staff servel times even rang ip for the booking id which i needed to get my refund even said they would email me they didn't they wernt exactly forthcoming to help me other than the fact is the carpark people might notice it and refund the £20 back to you so if you have a car and use the carpark just be aware before you use it . the breakfast was good

Easy to deal with, responsive and value for money

Exactly what a short stay booking should be. Friendly staff on the desk, super fast simple solution when we reported an issue with air con. Only disappointment was the £20 charge for overnight (1 day) parking but we parked a 5 min walk away for £10 so all good. Otherwise a great stay!

Unfortunate mistake.

Hotel was decent, staff member was exceptional. Great guy who done his job very professionally. Breakfast was reasonably good. Only real issue was £50 for parking.

Checkin Nightmare

Check-in was a nightmare. The staff could not find my reservation and I had to spend over half an hour on my phone to deal with the booking agency. The hotel staff blamed the booking agency, and the booking agency blamed the hotel. So I don't know where the problem was. However, the hotel staff didn't appear to do too much to help.

Liverpool Hampton by Hilton.

First time in Liverpool to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Stay at Hampton by Hilton hotels before and really like them. This one was a little tired. Had some issues, no sink plug, tv had no signal and we had a long cobweb hanging down from the ceiling. Issues were resolved and had a good stay.

Dirty restaurant, very disappointed.

No bathroom door, no handle on the window either , no extra blankets, clean room but dirty restaurant and breakfast area. Dirty chairs and stuff splashed up the curtains. So very disappointed. Coffee machine didn’t work and the other machine was playing up. We left early and went somewhere else for breakfast. Slept on but we were in room 005 on the mezzanine so all we smelt was the breakfast!!

One night Sunday - numerous tikes had to ask children using the corridor as a race track to keep it quiet after 11pm booking in was a challenge £50 to park overnight challenges and asked for a parking voucher was told not one available - challenged again and someone from the back office informed me a voucher was a ailabe to park at only £20 the inconsistency with information the front desk staff have isn’t the best also why was I asked to swipe a credit card when i had paid for my room in advance and didn’t want any extras ?
