Very clean, modern hotel within walking distance of all amenities in Liverpool city centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing we didn’t like was the rooms were very stuffy at night. We would recommend that the hotel consider installing air conditioning.

the trip to liverpool was wonderful the holiday inn express was a great experience beautiful room everything we needed the staff were excellent and very helpful nothing too much trouble calling for taxis when we needed them and help[ing out with local knowledge. 5 star breakfast great selection and presented beautifully will definately return *****

The entrance was a bit funny. We had walked along the dockside but could not gain access from the dockside entrance. We appreciate the security but this seemed over the top. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was fine with a view of the dock.

The hotel felt more like a prison it was hard to get into reception was on the 2nd floor,the room had no air conditioning was very hot and stuffy one of the windows was broken,breakfast was ok but no fried egg,would not stay there again we left a day early

Super close to Beatles Museum and Tate Liverpool, literally on your doorstep. Staff is great! No safes in room which is a must these days. On a return trip I would definitely stay again.

Exceptional service
Staying at The Holiday inn for my daughter’s graduation in Liverpool. Upon check in the hotel had been effected by the world wide Microsoft crash. Staff were working to a manual system. What can I say service was exceptional even in a difficult situation nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.
