Location location location
Going to Liverpool few times a year... All we need is this Hotel really as its not only extremely well located, but also clean, warm and full of good and hardworking staff! Love their breakfast

Convenient and near attractions
Very close to Albert Dock (across the road) and 5 mins walk from Liverpool One shopping. Friendly staff. Parking was no problem, lots available £10 from when you arrive for 24hrs, £1 extra per hour if you go over. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, breakfast plates were vety small and didn't hold baked bean, juice very well. The scrambled eggs were not very appetising in my oppinion. Bacon was very hard to chew

Nice hotel with a great location!
I loved this hotel for the convenience -- near downtown Liverpool, and across the street from the wharf, tour buses and ferris wheel. Convenient as we didn't have to drive to other locations.

The hotel provided a family room with one double bed and a sofa bed for my son very uncomfortable, we didn’t know about it as when we booked we received a email from expedia informing that will be multiple beds, the room was very cold and they provided only one towel we had to ask for spare ones, breakfast was ok and the location is the key point of this hotel over than that average experience.

OK for the price
Good location near Albert Docks and wasn't far other parts of the city. The room was initially really cold and then in the evening, I had to turn the heating off as it was so noisy. The room was therefore cold and I could not sleep as a result.

Avoid, avoid, avoid
Over priced, old and smelly. Usually I trust star ratings over 8. This was a very bad experience. There for one night ( football match). Rooms are VERY small, the floor is sticky( wear shoes not socks) and bathroom is not as clean as you would like. I payed at least 3 times what it’s worth. Avoid, avoid avoid( unless they charge you around $200 US)
