Don't forget your shampoo and drink-making stuff!
Overall this was good value for money, though there was room for improvement: blinds missing from a big window in lounge area; bedroom a bit cramped; no provision of shampoo, shower gel/soap, or tea/coffee/sugar/milk. Felt more like self-catering accommodation than an apart-hotel, despite the fully-manned reception.

Our sofa bed had blood and sick on, it was absolutely disgusting, the man did go out and replace it for us, but also our front door wouldn’t shut properly, and we had to get someone to come and move furniture around just so we could get the sofa bed out, it was not ideal and the cleanliness was gross

Do not stay here. My room was booked incorrectly for 6 people when it was meant to be for 7 people and I was ensured it was for 7 people. I got to the apartments after driving two hours for staff to be rude and tell me ‘tough’ when I explained I have drove 2 hours to get here and the apartment was only for 6 people then demanded I paid £90 extra for an apartment which was actually a cheaper and smaller apartment I originally booked. I originally booked the most expensive apartments they have and I ended up staying in the cheapest and paying extra! I paid this as I had no choice after driving 2 hours with nowhere to stay. The apartments were also filthy can tell they are not cleaned properly at all! I will never ever stay here again it was the worst experience and the fact the staff was so unprofessional about it and was overly rude. I don’t usually make complaints but this one was needed.
Great location, really pleasant and clean penthouse apartment but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the general manager.
The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!
Inside the apartments: are lovely, a really good base for us as a family to do all we needed to but also a home from home for our recharge the batteries moments.
The staff: are wonderful, very friendly and could not help enough. ANY issues at all, they would sort with professionalism and class. We were very lucky they had room for us to stay an extra night. So we did.
The property: while we were there was having some work done and the workforce who were a credit to the management were very welcoming and would put us first stopping operations when needed.
Overall: this place when it’s finished will be a gold mine for workers to the area, families and the Hen and Stag trade on the weekends, (might not stay on a weekend, if Stag and Hens are in with the family, my only reservation) but wonderful and will return.
They were absolutely amazing! The accommodated my partner and his friends and even upgraded as the original apartment was to small for them. I would definitely return
