I had a very disappointing experience. I stayed here twice—my first visit was okay, but the second time completely changed my mind. The bathroom was unclean, and the TV remote was broken—it didn’t even have a power button. I don’t understand how they can give a damaged remote, especially after charging a high amount for just one night. On top of that, the room had a constant bad smell. Overall, not worth the money.
I think this place should be a one-night experience or a couple of hours experience stay and should be called a MOTEL not a HOTEL. I arrived Friday night for the weekend with family and friends and brough a couple of drinks to keep in the fridge for me and my boyfriend. The next morning, we went out to do our diligence, unfortunately I took all my personal belongings because I did not feel it was a safe place. When we came back to the place for our 2nd night stay, the drinks we left in the fridge were NOT there. on top of that, there was only one small towel for 2 people on the room. I WILL NEVER STAY A THIS PLACE AGAIN
Extreamly bad experience I had so far. A third guy came to our room and stole my expensive power bank, light and the food kept in the cooler. We know that because my gf saw a guy while we came back from outside at night but when she asked the guy he said he's from cleaning dept .And we said this to the management they clearly denied it. I request expedia to remove this hotel from their list so that the other customer won't face the same situation. Not only a power bank it can be more valueble stuff next time. We did not report it to the police because we had no time and m writing this while boarding for flight back to D.C
Don’t. Just don’t book here. You get what you pay for. This was the dingiest hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire existence. No parking. People smoking weed in the hall ways. Loud music. Dirty rooms. We didn’t even get towels and I felt blessed to not have gotten any. The room was smelly and by the time we were checking out we smelled of cigarettes. It was a loooong night.
