The bathroom was in need of repair. Bathroom door would not close. Lock for the room was not secured well to door frame. One of the beds wobbled. The room was clean and updated but the bathroom and sink area was in need of repair.

Great location, walking distance to every thing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but missing items or broken items i.e. bath mat in one room, soap in other room, broken ice bucket, safe not working, phone not working. Pool was disgusting, couldn't see bottom. Didn't swim at all.

Not a great experience
Cleanliness was average aside from mystery brown splatters on the bathroom wall. Service staff could have been more friendly. They have a ludicrous parking charge, even for guests. Building is very old and looks run down in a lot of areas. Pool area was clean but the water was very cloudy and freezing. Breakfast was included but offered no hot food. Coffee and juice dispenser were broken. Tickets were required to receive breakfast, but we were not informed ahead of time. Overall stay was disappointing for the price and I would not stay again.

I found nothing unique or outstanding about the property, cleanliness was poor and parking is a nightmare! While I understand parking issues are rampant in the area, I believe the property could do better at explaining expectations / instructions before arrival. The staff were friendly, which was nice.

The parking is terrible! There is no parking. They had like around 15 parking spaces and if you are lucky enough to park there you had to pay extra ( which that I understand but I think they charge too much) . So then if you couldn’t park in the lot you could go park in the town parking garage and that was a dump. It was dirty and smelly. The stairwell smelled like human feces and other questionable things. It was disgusting and scary. The hotel itself was very clean and employees were friendly. It was a nice stay.

The location for this property was excellent for exploring the Falls. My five year old enjoyed the pool, but the chlorine was a little strong for me. The building is obviously older, but it is well kept. Check in/out was extremely easy. We were even able to check in almost two hours early. There is a lot of activity going on around the hotel on the weekends (fireworks, bands, food trucks, etc.). Papa John’s, a burger place, and a souvenir shop are all in the hotel as well.

the property is excellently located, close to the Falls, State Park, and area dining, parking is terrible with many guest parking elsewhere, free breakfast is nice but with the amount of guest the lines for anything were long and many items ran out(orange juice became orange water and the coffee was just hot water). ALL IN ALL we probably would stay there again.

Good: great location near the park and restaurants. Breakfast included. Pretty clean. Bad: no "hot breakfast" items on weekdays, and most of what they did have was unhealthy. $20 parking fee that I was surprised by, and because the lot was full, we had to park at a parking garage about 1.5 blocks away and go to extra effort to get the ticket validated. Poor maintenance of the room (dings everywhere, rocking toilet due to badly-done shim, security door clasp was ripped off.

Cheap but I don’t think I will come back.
First of all, thanks for offering the stay in falls area with such a low price. I understand the hotel is kind of old and some facilities are hard to be replaced. However the cleanness not acceptable: the shower bar was put with water, that made the shower bar like a used one. The iron pad was so dirty. The wall outlet was kind of loose, every time when I tried to unplug, I have to use both hands, one to unplug, one to hold it The good thing is the room is kind of big, you can have another portable bed between the two bed.

The hotel room itself was really clean, but when we arrived there was no parking. We were told to go to the paking garage a block away and they would validate our parking. When we arrived the took the parking garage ticket and had us pay $20. The next morning after we checked out, we took that parking garage ticket to leave, and the machines said they were invalid. We ended up paying ANOTHER $30 in order to leave. We ended up spending $50 to park to stay a night at this hotel.

Photos of property online are deceiving. Property and rooms were not well cleaned. Stains throughout room, pool was dirty, the breakfast area was a complete mess and not run well. Great location, but the hotel needs a lot of improvement. Would not recommend.
