The hotel is very dated and freezing cold. Our room had the heat turned off when we arrived - it was around 30 degrees outside. No warm or hot water in the sink

In my opinion.
The rooms need some renovations like the barroom. First time I have seen the sink is outside the toilet. Paper towel holder needs to be replaced. Check in staff Should be more friendly. The breakfast not as good compare to other hotel. Thank you and good luck.

We found bedbugs in our bed in the hotel room. Told the front desk but they only asked us to put all our cloths in dryer and switched our room. We had to stay awake until 2am to finish cleaning and drying all our cloths. Many cloths were damaged by high dryer heat. No refund was issued to us. The management told us it is because we got the reservation through a third party (Expedia). I demand full refund. My wife and I are very pissed. Our vacation day and night was totally ruined. Will give very bad review if not refunded.

Jordan was very clearly rasist and rude and totally non cooperative on our request for a late check out. She also lied mentioning that she is Manager when we wanted to talk to the Manager while her tag clearly read Front Desk Agent. She not only charged us for a full day but also did not allow us to book via Expedia.The Property is also old and beds were wobly and room was not clean and shampoo was not there in the small bathroom, never booking it again with them.

The property wreaked of marijuana, the fire alarm was activated on 2 consecutive nights, very limited parking, the complimentary breakfast was not fresh, and the pool was unclean; however, the staff was kind and professional.

First off, the sheets and blankets were dirty when we first got there. Furniture was falling apart. Pool/spa room smelled like gas. The non slip mat , in the bath tub, was peeling up. Had to pay extra to park in the hotel lot.

Okay, but seems expensive
The staff were nice and very pleasant. The two rooms were older and after tax cost was about $340. The blinds didn't close completely and the toilet was not secured. Breakfast was included, but parking was an additional $20. I guess it was okay for Niagara Falls. The price might be okay in Harris's america, but we think it was overpriced.
