Shower handle was broken Sink smelled of sewage Most of the electric plugs in the room were inoperable Fridge was dirty NO BAR - why wasn't Torrents open for this big convention? Sidewalk area around the parking lot littered with butts Would have been great if the arcade was open at night On the plus side - Ashley was very friendly and helpful when we checked in Beds were made every day, and towels were plentiful

The property is in a convenient location. They put us on the second floor. It was very noisy. You could hear the Restaurant Below till really late at night, it was extremely loud in the room in the bathroom on the tile grout. There was mold growing. The beds were soft and slept good. The carpet was ripped very bad in most places going down the hall The carpet in the room was not very clean. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Having a microwave and mini fridge was wonderful. Much of the room needs updating. Carpeting felt dirty. Bathroom shower pan needs replacing and/ or new caulking around edge. Nice to have a flat screen tv, but in my opinion bigger is better.

I think everything was fine, except that I made a reservation for a room with one king size bed, but when I checked in, they told me that they would give me a room with two queen beds, because the room I had reserved was sold out, and that made me feel like my reservation was free, I was paying for what I wanted, not for what the hotel was giving me! On the other hand, the bathroom was not in favorable conditions.
