pro: Hotel was good, staff were very friendly and quick. Con: The rooms were average cleanliness (could have used a bit more wipe down on surfaces) and the bed and pillows were not super comfortable, I would suggest to bring a pillow. Overall stay was decent.

The rooms were very small. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. The lobby and gym were nice and the staff were excellent.

Pros & Cons
Upon check in we were told the room we booked was not available. However, she "upgraded" us to the presidential suite. While the room was very spacious, unfortunately it meant we were only given a room with one bed, unlike the 2 we had booked. So one guest had to sleep on the sleeper sofa which was uncomfortable for multiple nights. Tila at the front desk was friendly, incredibly helpful and responsive to our requests an asset to the collegian for sure! Room was near the street where construction was taking place. Very loud first thing in the morning.

AC not working
The front desk staff was dismissive of our concerns. Our room was 76 degrees and wouldn’t cool. They would say they were looking into it and never get back to us. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep.
