I'm a housekeeping manager for a historic resort in PA, I would like to start off saying your establishment is updated, your public area spaces, were constantly being cleaned very impressive. We stayed in room 107, The GRA or housekeeper that cleaned our room, her bed was tight, everything was in order, dusted, vacuumed only problem I noticed was the shower floor needs attention, besides that room was flawless. The lady who handles the breakfast area, so sweet and helpful with information on the area. Still haven't received my deposit back on the room but also aware it can take up to 7 days to be credited even though the gentleman at desk said 3 to 5 days.
