Expensive place to stay in an unattractive part of NYC. Don’t expect good service from the bar/restaurant staff. There focus will be on any young lady that is in the room.

Ok for a quick airport stay.
Their airport shuttle stops at 945p. This should be clearly advertised since it was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Nowhere mentioned on their website. I had a late arrival and ended up taking a cab. Otherwise it was comfortable though the bathtub had what looked like toothpaste stuck to one side. Next time I have an overnight at JFK I'll look elsewhere.

not even a free bottle of water in the room for the premier price we paid. i guess the value of this hotel is the proximity to the JFK airport. Guest room is clean but Sofa in lobby looked old and a little dirty.

Hotel was convenient to JFK - my bathroom toilet continued to have a pressure flush all night which kept me from a good night sleep Reported to management in morning. Will contact Hilton as well. Should not pay 450 including taxes for a terrible sleep

It was had to rate this stay.Everything was truly very good, other then the noise. Planes, sirens, cars. They were all so loud till about 2AM. The room was clean, staff very kind and helpful, food in the restaurant was very good. Just got little sleep or rest.

We booked this hotel specifically because it has an airport shuttle and was advertised as a hotel near JFK and we were arriving on a late flight. When we called to get the shuttle they said it only runs until 9:30pm. Which seems pretty outrageous. We ended up having to take a $20 Uber to the hotel. Which was exactly what we were trying to avoid. Also the shower didn’t drain properly and feels like it could use a general refresh considering the price.

We arrived at JFK at 12 o’clock midnight went to the hotel which we had reserved in advance to find out that they had overbooked 20 rooms. I called Expedia they were of no help and finding a room for us I myself started calling hotels to try to find a room. The front desk agent found a room for Double the price. It was the only room available after multiple phone calls to various hotels around the area.we had no choice other than to book that hotel room foe double the price and way far away from our original destination. Because this rep Was a 4star and not a 3star the hotel would not cover any of the price or the difference of the new room. We only got reimbursed for the original booking. Expedia has yet to remedy this situation for us either. Though we have been using Expedia for decades for our travel without any major problems.

Clean. Fairly quiet. Staff was friendly. Waiter at restaurant was excellent and food was surprisingly very good! Shuttle drivers excellent, and very quick drive to the AirTrain. The room was way overpriced for what it was and for the quality of the property, but we were paying for the location. Also, I thought the price I was shown on Orbitz was final price with taxes, but it was not. Next time I will book directly with hotel as I didn’t appreciate the way Orbitz didn’t advertise the final price. I won’t use Orbitz going forward for hotel bookings.
