I stayed here overnight be closer to JFK airport for a flight I had on 12/24 but for the price, it was not worth it. The front desk agent was not welcoming and seem occupied doing something else on the phone, loitering from outsiders in the lobby, parking $40 per night in addition to price, luckily I dropped my vehicle at another parking lot. The water was running brown/dirty and when I called the front desk, her tone sounded annoyed when she answered. She said the kitchen had an accident and to let the water run. Disgusting! They were doing some construction work near the lobby. The front door keeps opening and closing, it was freezing cold on 12/23 so all the cold air over powered the front desk. The place is congested and confusing when trying to find the entrance, I like the Hilton but this one I am not pleased with their standards. I wish I got a partial refund to be honest!!!

Check-in was quick and easy, and my room was ready upon arrival. The shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient, which made travel much easier. However, I was disappointed to find out that breakfast, which I was told was included, was not offered. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the breakfast misunderstanding was a letdown.

We had a pretty bad experience here. We had (2) rooms. The AC units rattled all night long, there was a pipe that burst in the ceiling of the dining/bar area, but somehow they were still trying to offer food service. Breakfast was really bad, and then we were all rewarded with a freezing cold shower. They fixed the hot water issue for the 2nd evening stay. The front desk/manager did offer some reduction in our stay, but it was still way too much money for the product/service/hospitality they were offering at the time of our stay.

Had to change rooms because toilet didn’t flush and shower was clogged with dirty water. Airport shuttle did not run after 9:30pm and cancelled without notice in the morning. Staff was friendly but incompetent and overwhelmed.

Every Morning the cleaning ladies would start cleaning super early and be extremely noisey. They would allow the doors to slam over and over instead of just propping the door open. Pretty much that was my alarm Everyday when my actual intentions were to sleep in. I even put the tag on my door saying i didnt need my room cleaned so i could sleep in and enjoy my stay.
