It seems like an older building. Toilet did not flush unless you held the handle down, no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Receptionist when we checked in wanted to charge us twice. One of our pillows was stained and the other was ripped.

Shower temperature is hard to adjust
I have been at 12th floor multiple times and major issue that i had is the shower. Temperature is so hard to adjust with the three valves. I believe the lower floors had been upgraded to a single handle.
