While the staff were lovely, the premises are quite run down. We were allocated a room on the top level (level 3) which was being directly hit by the afternoon sun, so very hot when we arrived. The air conditioning was struggling. The staff did their darndest to try and fix the air conditioning but it did not really work. So a very hot night was spent.

Perfect place for murder mystery
This place was pretty awful. Ive seen horror movies with better looking rooms (and thats after the murder scene). The door had no prejudices - all rodents are welcome!

Staff was incredibly rude when inquiring about a security deposit, initially tried to tell it was an $85 early check in fee which is unheard of. Pool not opened at regular hours as advertised

Room smelt strongly of disinfectant. Pool not open until nine. I wanted to swim between two long flights. Driver of shuttle could have come into lobby to help with suitcase, instead rudely beckoned from outside of heavy swing doors. I was the only passenger and I am 78 years old.

Positives was that the staff were both friendly welcoming and that it was located close to the airport. Negatives was that also being located close to the airport meant you will hit heavy traffic trying to head out in any direction, especially on weekdays (45 min drive to reach Waikiki Beach 7 miles away) The WiFi never worked in my room out of my 4 night stay. Keycards stopped working on my last day and got locked of my room so I had to renew my cards with the staff in the front office. Wide cracks below the doors allowed headlights from passing cars to shine in making it difficult to sleep at night in addition to thin walls in which you could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes the first night, there was hair stuck on the ceiling, found mosquitoes in there and a big cockroach.

Our room was pretty gross. We had hair on the wall, floor, and in one of the wash cloths. The shower was dirtier than a gym shower with visible grunge on the floor. We wore flip flops in the shower. The room was in disrepair and it generally felt uncomfortable being there. I kept waking up hoping it was time to leave for the airport. The shuttle was convenient but I think would have rather paid for a ride and stayed in a nicer place

Nice property with great service and Chinese restaurant and mini-store on site. Ambiance more for the locals, but excellent shuttle service to airport, too.

Honestly place its too pricey for the MOTEL you get into, stuff is really nice and they have no control over the place, I even saw the lady who cleans the rooms wiping down all around the door, This is more about the owners problem, its just to old and not on great conditions.

Took 1 hour for shuttle to arrive. Room was dirty-sheets were stained and hair on the bed. Changed room 3 times-3rd time had to PAY to upgrade to the “Diamond Suite”, which was not even a diamond in the rough! At 3:30pm asked to talk to manager and the staff said the manager went home for the day. Later when asked what time the manager left…4:00pm. ????? Staff used the excuse that this was a “budget hotel!” If that is the case DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
