Long Hair of other people everywhere, dust, stains, broken desk handle, resort fee for a newspaper that doesnt exist on weekends they say of 35 usd and so on… pool closed 6pm and place is also a loud student dorm. Plexiglass chrck in window like a vegas motel in a movie. Scary homeless lingering around property.

Love the shopping and dining options of the hotel's location. It's within walking distance of Walmart and Ala Moana shopping center. Love this hotel it's our home away from home.

Beautiful property, love the cleanliness of the room and the various dining options available. Ala Moana shopping center, Walmart and Don Quijote is within walking distance as well. The staff was very friendly and so hospitable.

Motel Vibes
When we first pulled up to the place it gave me Motel vibes. We went to check in the receptionist said have a seat the system is down and may take hours, but it didnt. We were issued a key when we entered the room it smelled like a gas station restroom. The room smelled like pee the carpet had a mildew smell, and the tub had a stain and ring in it. The bed felt like the mattress hadnt been changed in over 10 years.It had a window Air Conditioner. If I could rate this room less than negative zero.

No area to unload luggage. Pricey parking for the location. Key card did not work and had to go up and down multiple times with my luggage to fix it. Even then it didn’t work until the security guard kindly helped me out. Overall checkin was a terrible experience after a long day.
