The property has everything you need including a mini kitchen in the units. Affordable breakfast and convenient store in the lobby. Close to a lot of restaurants and stores including Ala Moana Shopping center. Don Quijote is just around the corner. The staff is the best part - treats your like family.

So so. In need of a major facelift.
Experience was fair. Front desk staff appeared to be unfriendly but after a few minutes they warmed up and were very helpful. The room has a stench of old dirty carpet. The other clientele are least to be desired.

We showed up and it took about an hour and a half to get checked in. We went to our room and the smell throughout the hotel was AWFUL. The first thing we were greeted by was a cockroach running across our desk in our room. We came for a sporting event but left as soon as the rest of our team left.

After the pest control that was done while we were there, a single cockroach was running around our room for the rest of the time. Also, the lock on the door was not working properly. It locked, but the dead old did not work. Room 564, in case you want to fix the lock.

Convenient location, Affordable pricing, friendly staff and great breakfast coupons! Housekeeping could do a bit better in cleaning and exterminating roaches, roach traps could be left in disclosed to guest areas, probably does not help with other guests leaving trash around ...complete vacuuming of rooms with carpet cleaner recommended after each guest check-out.
