Palekana Rental Maui is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2,400 sq. ft. private home with ocean views and spectacular sunsets. September 2024, All new luxury vinyl flooring in most house bathrooms and kitchen are tile. Our guests enjoy an indoor/outdoor lifestyle in a spacious home with Free WIFI. 25 minutes from Airport . We are located south of Kihei in Maui Meadows, Wailea, Maui, Hawaii. 5 minutes from the Beaches.
The living room has sliding doors to the pool and patio where you can enjoy the sunsets and BBQ and relaxing island living. Plenty of comfortable seating and table and chairs to enjoy ocean view, and the new 55” smart TV where you can watch Netflix with your own account.
3 vehicles can park up driveway on left side, there's a guest parking sign. Please Do Not park in front of garage.
We have a fully stocked gourmet kitchen featuring gas/electric 6 gas burners top and pot filler and the oven has a steam assist and convection .microwave and Toaster oven, 1 dishwashers. Coffee Grinder and coffee maker, lots of Teas and Coffee and some snacks for you to enjoy. Set up for the first day of arrival.
Relax around the Heated pool with ample lounge and chaise seating. The heated pool is 14′ x 25′ and a comfortable 3 to 5 feet deep perfect for swimming a few morning laps, the pool has a safety fence. The poolside dining table and chairs. BBQ Grill your favorite meal on the gas 5 grills while the rest of the family enjoys the pool. Security cameras are around the property, Pool, front entrance by fish pond, driveway and laundry area.
Master Bedroom has sliding doors that open to the pool area, a King size Bed, Smart TV, and a large walk in closet. The private bathroom has 2 sinks, and a spacious walk in shower with 2 separate shower heads.
Bedroom # 2 has two extra-long twin beds can be configured as a king.
Bedroom # 3 has a king size bed.
Bedroom # 4 has a king size bed.
5 cots beds memory foam mattresses. 2 single futons for children. which you must ask for in advance.
8 adults sleep comfortably in the bedrooms and extra people can sleep on cots/ rollaway beds and futon Total of persons that can sleep 8 Adults comfortably and I have 5 rollaways for 5 more people , We have baby stuff, Highchair, Pack n Play ,sheets & blankets, Pool life jackets and arm floaties for kids to use. Please ask for them when booking.
Due to the water shortage we ask that you do only full loads in the washer and dryer.
We do not supply Laundry detergent.
Is also a workstation built-in desk with chair.

Located on a quiet residential street, the property has a security system and room to park several vehicles in left side of driveway.
Abundant extra linens, blankets, pillows and towels also Beach Towels are also provided. Rollaways and Pack n Play for babies.
Within a few minutes’ drive are many world class beaches and golf resorts.
Located in the Wailea/Kihei you can also drive to restaurants, grocery stores, shops, banks, library, the post office and much more from Palekana Rental Maui
The maximum occupancy is 13 when booking you do not need to add infants just let me know after booking!children of all ages are welcome.

HEATED SWIMMING POOL - NO LIFEGUARD
The property includes a heated swimming pool. Guests use the pool at their own risk. No diving permitted. No lifeguard or pool alarms are not provided. Pool has an extra safety fence with two gates (this fence is not to be removed, there will be a $5,000.00 fine if removed). Guests are fully responsible for supervision of children and monitoring pool activities. Do Not leave your children alone in the pool.
Please close awnings and umbrella around the pool after each use. Wind will blow it away.
All bathrooms has full size Shampoo and Conditioner and full size bath soap Bars, Towels and hair towels , Makeup magnified mirror, Blow dryer.
We start you with a few toilet paper and trash bags and paper towels and napkins and soap bars, sorry we do not provide laundry detergent, You are responsible to buy it yourself if you run out. I really don't think you will run out.
Check-in time: 4:00pm. Check-out time: 10:00am.
SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STIPULATED BY MAUI COUNTY AS A CONDITION OF B&B VACATION RENTAL PERMIT/LICENSE:
1. Quiet hours from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., during which noise in the rental home shall not disturb anyone on a neighboring property. County Ordinance.
2. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the rental home is prohibited.
3. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street overnight.
Owner lives on property in cottage, otherwise we couldn't get a permit for short term rental.
4. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur. Large gatherings, weddings or wedding receptions, company events are not permitted. Use of the property for these purposes will immediately cause the rental to be cancelled without a refund. Only registered guests may stay overnight at the home. any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. This is Not a loud party house, Neighbors are sensitive to noise.
5. We have a 60 day cancellation policy. Any cancellations after 60 days will not receive a refund.
6. No insurance is provided. We encourage our guests to purchase traveler and/or trip interruption insurance.
7. VRBO/Home Away may charge services fees beyond our control. The owner receives no part of these fees.
8. Our landscaping and pool services are mandatory and paid for by the owner. You will be advised of schedule upon check-in.
9. Daily or mid-stay cleaning is not included.
10. We have baby Pack-n-Play, Sheets, Baby blankets,1 Baby bath,1 High Chair, 1 Stroller Just request and we'll have it ready at No extra charge to use.
11. Please request Rollways/cots and if you want the twins beds together as a king or not in advanced . Thank you

We do not have late check outs, Due to cleaners schedule . If you have a late flight out, it's best to book an extra night so you can relax before your long flight out! checkout time is 10:00am and check-in is at 4:00pm. If you make prior arrangements for a late check out there's a $75.00 each hour after 10:00am.(which do not include Taxes or Fees)
