Ocean View, Double Lanai and a Quick Walk to the Beach

Condo Details:

**This is a NON-Smoking Unit AND a non-smoking property. All forms of smoking or vaping is prohibited in the units, lanais as well as common areas including the parking lot. **

**This is a PET free unit. **

Our beautiful ocean view unit is situated in upper Wailea Ekahi Village. It is a 952 square foot unit on the second floor with one bedroom and two full bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 4 guests. We are not equipped to host children younger than school aged. (5 years old and older please.) Two in the bedroom and two on the memory foam sofa sleeper. It is conveniently located near one of the quiet pools. Our double lanai has a beautiful spot for outdoor dining and enjoying the sunset in one of our two chaise lounges.

Our unit is situated near two grilling stations. One is just off our parking lot, and the other is just outside of the quiet pool near our unit. They have been recently updated. (2025) We also have an indoor / outdoor griddle as another option for our guests.

Ekahi now has a Fitness Center!
7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Located just inside the pavilion, for guests over the age of 18.

The large master suite has an updated master bedroom furniture with a Sterns and Foster Rockwell California king sized mattress. It is perfect for side, back and stomach sleepers. It is from their plush line, and it is SUPER comfortable! The bedroom also has dresser space, and a library. There is an adjoining dressing room and an updated bathroom with a glass block step-in shower. The second bathroom has a step-in shower as well (No tub).

Our location in the complex is ideal for those who love to golf, shop, walk, and enjoy the beach. For those who want to have some tee time, the following golf courses are nearby: Wailea Gold, Wailea Blue, and Wailea Emerald. For shoppers, our unit is within an easy 15- minute walk from our unit to the Shops at Wailea. This outdoor mall has a bit of everything from casual dining to gourmet restaurants. It also has an ABC Store as well as a specialty grocery store. For our walkers and beach lovers, it is a quick 7-minute walk down a beautiful greenbelt to Keawakapu Beach and Wailea's beachfront boardwalk. On the beach, you can enjoy snorkeling, boogie boarding and sun worshiping.

Our cleaning care professionals have been trained to properly follow all CDC, VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) and VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association) guidelines and protocols. Their employees have been trained on proper cleaning techniques, including how to properly sanitize and disinfect various surfaces and the safe and proper usage of chemicals. In addition, all linens and towels are washed at high temperatures and an extra-long cycle to ensure that it has been sanitized properly. We will also have some cleaning items available for your use while in our unit.

There is a 5-night minimum stay in our unit during the winter months. There is a 3-day minimum stay during all other times of the year. 5% Discount for stays longer than 7 nights. 10% discount for stays longer than 28 days.

The cleaning fee is $255 plus tax. (Includes a deep cleaning that follows Covid cleaning protocols.)

We are a non-smoking and pet free unit.

The Pavilion is beautiful. There are three BBQs for guests to use at the pavilion as well as a kitchen area.

Excellent View and Amenities

The property is excellent and the extra amenities were great. The lanai was much larger than we expected and with the unit being on the second floor, we had a great views of the ocean and sunset. We watched the sun set over the ocean and ate on the lanai everyday of our stay. The owners were easy to contact and the unit came with all the extras you could possibly want or need. (i.e. snorkel equipment, beach chairs, beach bags, etc.)

Great condo, great community, great hosts

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at Dave and Margie’s Ekahi condo. The unit was well situated, an easy walk to the water, and furnished with everything one could want for a day at the beach - top notch snorkel gear, umbrellas, chairs, and plenty of towels/mats. If one preferred pools, there were 3 very nice ones on the compound grounds. The condo itself was spacious, with high ceilings, a double sized lanai, and a view to the ocean. Best of all, Dave and Margie were most responsive with any questions that arose, making for a great Wailea experience.

Couldn't ask for more!

We have consistently stayed many times in another location, and decided to tey somewhere new, so ai was a little nervous. We couldn't have found a netter place than this! The hosts were so receptive and quick to respond when I had questions. The home was like home for us for the week. The property is beautiful and the views were phenomenal. Excellent Condo in a Great Location

The condo has a very nice view from the back porch, and a ~10 min walk down to a couple beaches. Easy drive from the airport, located near necessary stores. Host sent great communications and every thing was easy to deal with. Would stay again.

Beautiful Spot in Ekahi Village

We've stayed in Ekahi before but we enjoyed this unit a lot. The lenai is large with an awesome view of the ocean, trees/flowers and grass. The unit was very well stocked with all necessary things from snorkel gear, boogie boards, all kitchen utensils/spices/coffee/cooler cups and more. Communication with the owners was great and our family enjoyed our stay immensely. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Wailea Ekahi 46E. The condo is very spacious and clean and was very well stocked with lots of extras. It was perfect for our family of 4. Highly recommend. A week in paradise

Our stay in this one bedroom condo was as amazing as usual. We are repeat visitors to this unit and the owners, Dave and Margie, are fantastic. They make everything about your stay so easy with quick response to questions, and the property is immacualate. The unit is stocked with whatever you may need for a beach day as well. We went down to the pavillion pool and the semi-private beach every night for the sunset. What else can you ask for? We can't wait until our next Maui vacation.
