It is a nice rental property in a nice location overall. It has multiple buildings and units with b ACH direct access. There are several swimming pools, many people have fun playing in swimming poor. Also it is one of best sunsets from the main swimming poor and from the central lawn field. I am really enjoyed. The unit we stayed is large one bed room equipped with a full kitchen set, if someone like cook inside. There are many high ended restaurants and a shopping mall in a short during distance. Our rental unit is however in the out periphery, next to a busy street with traffic noice and right at main entrance to the complex. The street night lights are dim and felt a little unsafe walking outside the unit. There is no easy walkable places to have meals, however many dinning options with delicious meals if driving about 15 mins.

Our lovely stay in Maui
All check in information was through property management and very easy. The Condo is very lovely, comfortable and perfect for the two of us. All the amenities are high quality and nothing was missing. If I had any suggestions it would be that the air conditioner was too cold ( nothing major) but we could adjust it and the fans. Otherwise we totally wish we’d had more time. It was a pleasure!

Great place to stay in Wailea
We had a great stay at Wailea Ekahi Villas. The room was comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. It's a beautiful setting and we enjoyed sitting out in the covered lanai area overlooking the garden area with a view of the ocean. Ulua Beach is a 3-minute drive away for great snorkeling, and we also liked Makena Beach to just hang out. The beach chairs and cooler provided by the resort were put to good use. Communication was excellent and check-in and check-out were both super efficient. It's close to the Shops in Wailea on one side, and the more local Maui-flavor of the stores in Kihei on the other. We would definitely stay here again.

The property/complex as a whole was terrific. But; the unit {19B} had problems. The ground floor AC unit was broken (seems this had been known for some time), the ground floor toilet couldn't flush (chain was broken), there is a little ANT infestation in the kitchen with no where to store food except counter.

Excellent stay. Place was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with plates, cutlery, pots and pans and a rice cooker! There were many other amenities including beach chairs, a full book case, and a cooler if needed. They really thought of it all. Beach was walking distance. The villa is centrally located near the bourgeois brand name stores and upscale restaurants or a short driving distance to the nearby town for a little taste of beach town life. I would highly recommend this spot, and would gladly return anytime.

Great stay until our last night when we had to park across the property and walk in the dark to our condo that could not be entered from the patio. The next day we had to wheel our suitcases across the wet lawn to the car. They had not even started work on our parking lot, which was the reason we had to park across the complex. Inconvenient!

This property has an excellent location. The grounds, pools and common areas are very well maintained and clean. The unit we were in had an updated and well stocked kitchen. The bathroom could use some updating but as a whole the condo was very good. Would stay again .

We stayed at building 3 and it was a short walk to the beach. Pavilion, pool, restrooms, beach, everything was clean and beautiful. Our condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back.

Main AC did notcwork properly. No one informed of the excavation and resurfacing of all the parking lots. My traveling companion is bland and can only walk shirt distances with cane. We could not get her back and forth to pool, vehicle or beach. They shouldnt have rented out unit during it

Over all it was OK. ‘B’. If you put a property by the ocean, with amazing view, it’s really hard for it to not be pretty. Rooms are ok. A little outdated. The biggest problem with this property is communication. They did a terrible job from the beginning. Explaining how off site check in works. Do I need to worry about getting to the property? The towels handed to me are for what? Etc. not great. Also, if you’re staying on this property, you’ll need a car. Very limited options in walking distance.

This is the PERFECT spot to vacation. We had so much privacy, it felt like we were the only people. The grounds are gorgeous, the pool options range from “swim on your own!” to “hang out with other people right in front of the ocean and go ahead and refrigerate your water!” We did our own laundry so easily and that removed some stress for me. Plenty of space to just live our lives and enjoy paradise. I had to get in a 10 mile run while on vacation and I felt very safe doing that in this area, with nearby paths that followed the shoreline for 3 miles, all the shopping and lighted sidewalks- it was amazing.

Property was well maintained with multiple pools. Main pool area was steps from the beach and featured a pavilion with multiple refrigerators, stove, ice maker, and oven. Our unit showed some wear and tear, but was more than adequate for our family. The king bed was comfortable. It’s a steep walk back to the units not close to the beach.
