Poi Pu beach resort

The condo was very clean and attractively furnished. It was very comfortable for the three of us. It is located in my favorite part of the island for snorkeling, swimming and surfing. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful View

This property is exactly as portrayed in the photos. I can tell the property owner/manager goes out of their way to make guests comfortable. The view is stunning especially if you like to relax on a lanai or sleep with the screen doors only. Fully stocked kitchen was lovely and very clean. A couple negatives, it is on the third floor so limit groceries, etc. Unless you like to go up and down stairs. Do not park by the smoking area. My daughter and I got stuck parking there quite a bit. There was some seedy characters that wanted to talk to us every time we parked which was very uncomfortable. The dryer in the unit does not work, you have to run it about 10 times or hang dry. It's a lovely part of the island but the property seems a little run down. Koloa landing shops are very close and poipu Beach Is a 10 minute drive. Overall a lovely stay. Beautiful sunsets and make sure to go to the Beach House Restaurant.

Got things ready for the next guests on my VACATION Time!!!

Upon checking in no one seem to know what building to go to. We spent 20 min all around the property! found it finally. nice unit great view. coffee maker was working so tea for the first day New maker came at door step. off to the beach with two matching chairs mime broke the second I sat down and a nice scratch was with me for the next two days. My husband's broke when he opened it up both arms on his chair. Dryer vent with a hole in it so lint came out every where. I spent my vacation time trouble shooting with the Parrish Group about the problems. I asked for my cleaning to be returned and they said NO but that we could have 5% off when booking again. I said please just refund us 5% now and after that zero response, Please share with the owners that the unit needs a little TLC dining chairs need new foam in them very uncomfortable toilet seat needs to be replaced if not the whole toilet small and too low to the ground dryer vent replace. As I said the unit will be ready for the next guests thanks to me spending my time. NOT HOW I WISH TO VACATION

Parrish Group handles this property, they are excellent managers. The condo was lovely, very clean and had fantastic views of the ocean from the lanai. We could listen to the waves while having breakfast or a cocktail. Great location, wonderful restaurants nearby, and easy access to the small boat harbor for a trip to the Na Pali coast or to the airport for a prop plane tour of the island, both highly recommended.

Love The Location

Location is outside of the more crowded areas and has a great view of the ocean. I love being able to hear the waves while relaxing in the clean and spacious unit for me and my wife. Thank you and we look forward to coming back again.
