We'd like to inform prospective guests that a roofing project will be
underway during your stay if you book a unit in Regency from 4/1/2025 to 6/20/2025.
In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with
your booking.
If your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your
guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking
spaces for buildings 5 through 9 will be unavailable. We kindly advice using the assigned parking space, visitors parking, or Poipu Rd.

At the top of a short flight of stairs, you enter a large living room with the dining room separated by a breakfast bar from the expansive kitchen, featuring all the amenities. The condo is decorated in tasteful island tones and kick-back comfortable furniture under cathedral ceilings. The living room lanai is large enough for breakfast or cocktails and informal moonlit dinners. The cool shade from the surrounding palms gives the indoor and outdoor space a welcome oasis from a long day at the beach. The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bath, and separate lanai, while the second bedroom has a king-size bed with a full bath across the hall, and the third-floor bedroom is open and roomy with two twin beds and a half bath. The condo luxuriously sleeps six, and the fold-out couch allows up to 8 guests, thereby making it the perfect place to stay on your dream family vacation to Hawaii!
