Place has a really good, understated luxurious feel. The room was great. The staff is extremely friendly. Only thing I would change is adding a dining option and keeping the bar open later.

The young guy that checked me in didn't follow up and call me when my room was ready like he said he would and he didn't. I asked him again if my room was ready and just blew me off. I had to go find a manager to find when my room was ready and she found my room quickly. Since I am a Titanic Elite Lifetime and a Chairman at the Marriott Vacation Club I should be treated better. Excellent location, close to the beach and the shopping area. You don’t need a car if you are staying there. The unit has everything you need, including a stove and a washer/drier. The room is cleaned daily, and the cleaning crew is very thorough and nice. The bed was comfortable and there was a pull-out sofa for a child to sleep on. However, it is way overpriced, especially during the most popular holidays season. The unit is old, and one day we had a major leak from the ceiling from the air conditioner. The engineers had to come out late in the evening to work on it. There were buckets of water pouring down the floor. The hotel administration took it very casually, didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. The food at the hotel was mediocre. But the sushi demo was awesome.

This was our first stay in Kauai. We typically go to Hyatt in Maui or Westin in Oahu and we’re not sure what to expect with the Sheraton Villas. It turned out to be great, easy access to the beach and free parking

This was the first time that we stayed at this property and we were more than delighted with our stay. The check-in process was smooth, with the staff being extremely helpful. Moving forward, this will be the only property we use when traveling to Kauai.

The resort was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. The only issue was the wifi in our room. The wifi was not reliable and varied depending on where we were in our room. Overall, we highly recommend this resort.

Great Stay
We had a very pleasant stay for a few days after meeting on Oahu. The beach and pool are great and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Chairside food and beverage service was particularly good. You will need a car unless you plan to take all of your meals at the hotel.
