IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

Everything you need
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything you need except for a blender. We told the owner we needed one and that day it arrived. Towels, sheets, were plentiful they even changed the sheets during your stay. I would stay there again.

Great location.
We have stayed here many times in the past. This property is in such a great location. How ever This condo was stuffy and smelt damp, definitely could be updated. Hotel staff is great and Accommodating.

Great pool/beach
Overall we had a great stay. The beach in front was lovely, our kids loved the pool, and the grounds were really pretty. The pull out couch worked for our kids but I wouldn’t plan on sleeping on it as adults… it’s not comfortable (most aren’t). Pillows on the bed were rock hard. The kitchen didn’t even have salt/pepper which would have been nice. The check in was very easy and booking was painless.

Nice property on Kaanapali.
Very nice property, pretty landscaping. Plenty of chairs to lay by the pool. Enjoyed the restaurant and the live entertainment. The kitchen in our unit could have used some more essentials like a baking pan for the oven, and basic spices like salt and pepper. Was hoping to cook more but kitchen was not well equipped.
