We have stayed at the Kaanapali Beach Resort 4 times in the last 3 years and we absolutely love it!! The resort is on one of the best strips of beach in all of Maui. The rooms are (or are in the process of being) renovated. The beds are comfortable. The resort is well maintained. However the absolute best part of the Kaanapali Beach hotel is the people!! The are the absolute best and totally make you feel like this place is your home. I cannot recommend the Kaanapali Beach Resort/Hotel enough. Ernie and Jane

First of all the staff in this property is absolutely amazing. I had some travel hiccups regarding my oncoming flight delays and cancellation that created havoc with plans with my family. I have highest regard and appreciation to the Outrigger’s manager Veronica and Alvin and front desk Helene for accommodating us especially to my daughter. They showed the true island meaning of OHANA! Secondly property is well maintained, pool is nice and clean, beach amenities(for a fee) are available, room was spacious enough with comfortably beds and pillows. There is also ample parking(fee). There are a few food options at the hotel itself-coffee/cafe, deli and Maui brewery Co restaurant. A walkable open air mall with shopping and several dining options is close by. All in all a very satisfying stay! Highly recommend!

Terrific staff, very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed, with a very comfortable bed, and plenty of storage. My only suggestion, it would have been nice if the restroom building by the pool would have been available. We will definitely stay there again.

The location and grounds were fantastic and meticulously maintained. The staff friendly and helpful. Though we enjoyed our stay, the cost of the room plus additional resort and parking fees probably makes this a one time visit. Some amenities listed under the resort fee unavailable, but considering what LaHaina has been through, understandable.
