It was okay at first but it start to become kinda of uncomfortable. By the end of the stay I was ready to go. They don’t have covers or robes . I had to request for my room to be cleaned.

The property was clean and well kept. The casino was also very clean and the drinks were potent. Parking was convenient. Fremont Street was 1 block away plenty of places to eat or gamble. This hotel was in a great location, close to all.

Nice room yet loud music all night.
Room was overall clean. On the down side, Music from Fremont Street experience could loudly be heard in room till 2am. If you are wanting to party late night or aren't bothered by loud music then you would like this location.

The downtown grand turned me away even with having a reservation and had completed pre check-in stating they were full and no rooms were available. The lady at the front desk was very rude. Do not recommend, four queens is on freemont and has better service.

It is close to Fremont (a one block walk) and the food is cheaper than on Fremont (esp the after 11am $2 hotdog and beer). It's a smaller casino and the staff is friendly. The elevators in the Grand tower were playing up and some people got stuck while I was there.
