I liked to close proximity to Freemont Beds extremely comfortable Not to busy which was nice Didn’t like - No house keeping service to our room. Had to call to get towels and Kleenex We were expecting to get our room cleaned each day and it never happened. Truly disappointed that didn’t happen

Very Noisy!

It was a nice hotel for the most part but very noisy from our room. There was a biker bar on the street and every time a Harley left the biker bar at night we could hear it echoing between the buildings and rattling her windows. Even though it was down the street from Fremont Street you could hear everything that was going on down there pretty good. I think they need new windows and a little more upgrading.

The elevator in the parking garage was not working, so we had to carry our luggage down four flights of stairs. It was still not working when we left. When I called the front desk, the woman was rude. I liked the casino; the people working there were very helpful and friendly.

This is my 2nd time staying here and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. I stayed in a different tower and the room was bigger which was nice. The bed was just as comfy as my previous stay. Unfortunately the room I stayed in this time had no usb plugs like my first room and I had to go buy a plug because I of course forgot mine. Staff was friendly and the food at Freedom Beat is delicious! I would definitely stay here again!

Room was very nice. But, no drinking glasses or cups. No in room coffee. No housekeeping for 4 night stay, so trash was running over. Ill check more closely next time. We loves the night club Fat Cats un the building!
