I booked a room thru Expedia & even purchased the insurance. About 10 minutes later I found out I no longer needed to stay overnight so I called to cancel, explained why etc they DID NOT care! Money hungry & no empathy at all!

This whole area is not safe. Most hotels are rented by the hour. Better stay somewhere else. If you have to be in this area this hotel is probably the one to choose. Expect it to be noisy as it is right on the highway. But it is clean enough, next to subway, and breakfast is ok

The hotel is a very nice family hotel. Very clean. Wonderful staff. Near all buses and subway the F and E train. The rooms are kind of small. The bathroom small. There is no mirror in the room. Only mirror is in the bathroom. The TV small needs up date as well.The closet very small therefore, if traveling with family there is no closet space and only two drawer. Rooms needs to be painted. They are doing some construction hopefully rooms can be update. It was an ok stay.
