There was some small areas in the room that required cleaning (the carpet) but not too much. Nobody came during our stay to clean the room (remove trash from the basket, etc). In general, I'm satisfied with my experience in the hotel.

poor staff. had food required being placed in freezer, was placed in refrigerator and food deteriorated and was taken by TSA at Laguardia Airport. Have staff that speaks and understands English.

The hotel parking lot only holds 3 cars. You can park overnight at the Tangram mall parking garage around the block. Nice hotel to stay in Chinatown

If you have a high expectation of hotel cleanliness, this is not your choice. Besides cleanliness, you can get close to restaurants and metro stations with walking distance. Easy accessible.
