Draft in the room, asked for 2 blankets was given mattress topper as 1. Next morning Desk service lady was rude & it’s not my problem attitude . Didn’t reply back to greeting & smile The lady at the breakfast buffet ignored my request to use the toaster to warm my bagel after breakfast although it was open & they were wrapping up

Good choice near JFK
Staff is straight to the point and helpful. Good option if you need to be close to the airport. Breakfast was decent and they have complimentary transfers to the airport.

It is a very long way out of the city. Taxi was $150 on very busy, slow road, so allow 1-2 hours. No shops or diners within walking distance. Shuttle bus to the airport was perfect and free. Great hotel for a flight stopover but definitely not for visiting New York.

Beautiful rooms, great staff. The "free airport shuttle" does not run 24/7. I arrived at 10pm, every other JFK airport hotel had its shuttles in the shuttle waiting area. I had to call Uber. Others staying at the same hotel were furious too.
