+++ no carpet & very clean room, this was the main reason for picking this hotel. tobacco Smoke smell coming into my room in the late evening, I assume from next door guest room. Restaurant in basement opened 7 AM for breakfast. But breakfast food, plates etc. was not ready before 7:15 AM.

I will be making a formal complaint to the hotel AND to hotels.com.i took a picture of the filthy foul brown water. your staff at the front desk in the morning leave a lot to be desired too. We weren’t asked how we slept or how we found out stay.when I told him what troubles we had, he made no attempt to apologise and acted half dead. Disgusting.
