Stayed here twice. The first time was nice however I could hear other guest through the walls and could clearly hear the street traffic. The second time the room smelt bad, there was a huge hole in the duvet cover/blanket and a lack of towels. The staff were nice.

Room was clean , staff was nice and helpful. We used the valet parking. The breakfast buffet was simple but just what we needed before a busy day out. Hotel was a 15 minute walk to the subway to train area.

Clean rooms. Very helpful staff. For information, only provision for coffee in rooms. Tea served only in lobby area. However the dining was very unpredictable. When going for dinner, you suddenly find the dining is closed, booked for a private party instead. No prior warning or information. Again one occasion going in for breakfast, dining room closed due to emergency. No prior warning or information. Staff tried their best, but there was no prior information. You were expected to go out in the cold or get takeaways. But you find that out when you are about to enter the dining area. Again helpful staff.
