The staff were so helpful giving us directions to get to Times Square and back by subway and bus. The breakfast was great and it was awesome to have a shuttle back to the airport. Better instructions on how to get and find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel would have been much appreciated. We had to take a taxi to get to the hotel but loved the shuttle returning to the airport.

It's a high-quality and cost-effective option to stay at near the airport if you have a long overnight layover or an early morning flight and want to relax a bit - There is a good restaurant at the Hilton next-door - The staff at check-in were very efficient and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the room was good size, clean and well stocked - Good airport pick up service - The hotel was very quiet so it's a good place to get some sleep
