Not a great experience. The building and rooms are very tired and need a massive refurb. The check in was slow as only one person serving and it’s a busy hotel. When I first approached the desk I was told to wait as others needed to be checked in first who had been waiting longer. I was told they’d come get me in 20 mins. After watching numerous people walk through the doors and be checked in I went back about 20 mins later and asked if I could now be checked in, and was told I could be. I booked the shuttle for 4.30am pick up, was told grab and go breakfast bags would be available. When we came downstairs the guy at the desk said there were none left and that most people come and get them about 2am! Ridiculous. I stayed here cos I had to, but the hotel needs a radical overhaul.

No recibieron mi auto en el valet parking el personal de la recepción gente grosera y hostil al llegar al hotel dice que tienen estacionamiento con valet parking por $50 us la noche se negaron a recibi el auto dijeron que lo dejaramos estacionado en la calle o recibian el auto sin boleto tuvimos que llevar el auto a la renta del auto a estacionarlo y regresar el un shuttle. al llegar a la habitación las colchas sucias , el aire acondicionado no funcionaba la zona del hotel es insegura de noche en la habitación contigua había un perro que no dejaba de ladrar BUSCA OTRO HOTEL

Fuimos maltrados por el personal de la recepcion aun cuando tenian unletreri de que cobraban $50 por estacionamiento nos negaron el servicio querian que dejaramos el auto si recibo y que ellosblo estacionarian en la calle al final la unica opcion fue manejar a Alamo 4wnt a car a devolver el auto y regresar al hotel perdiendo la renta de un dia de auto ya que la zona del hotel es insegura para dejar el auto en la calle El aire acondicionado de la habitacion no funcionaba bien y las colchas sucias , no habia jabon el la habitación El servicio fue hostil

They are very understaffed. No one answers the phone. We asked for water they said only two per room even though it’s 4 people staying in the room. But the worst part the shuttle driver was very aggressive and not pleasant at all. He refused to pick us up inside hotel property. We had to go outside in the street in the rain to board the bus. Then he drove into the hotel after we boarded. Really ridiculous. For someone that works for the hotel. Will surely not waste my money there again.

I like free breakfast, water, Wi-Fi, and shuttle to JFK! The staff was so generous to even give me 2 extra bottles of lotion because the one supplied in the room wasn’t good (the pump was stuck)

The shuttle is a little bit difficult to find. I call them to ask they have a very bad attitude. The shuttle only send people to Terminal 4 and the federal circle. The breakfast is good. The places around the hotel I think are not safe. But the hotel has some good ways to protect.
