I will highly recommend this hotel. The employees Christian, Omar and Jessica were so friendly and helpful . The property impecable super clean and the entire property clean. The rooms fully equipped and everyday we have the room ready and clean. All the experience has been amazing . Also the metro is one block from the hotel there are delys close and really good . You have options.

I would book here again

A clean and comfortable place to land! The kitchen was nice to have, also the curtain dividing the bed from the sofa area. Complementary breakfast had overall healthy offerings. The bed was fine.

The room was huge! everything was super clean which is always the most important thing to me. I ended up getting a handicap accessible room and the shower was GREAT, had a handheld shower head which is so much better than usual hotel showers. The staff was SO friendly and helpful and supportive. The free breakfast was really impressive. I will absolutely stay here again. Easy 20 min Uber to LGA. i love it

Clean, close to metro, but… lazy

Room is ok. Breakfast Average, second day was terrible, oats were empty one hour before the closing, lady said it takes 30 min and they won’t make more, no eggs as day before (only hard boil eggs). Terrible planning. Even cereal had wrong labels. Quality are simple things

Front desk staff were not very helpful and almost had an attitude lol. One Elevator was out of order, there wasn’t enough food for breakfast and they charge money to hold luggage because they don’t have a luggage room. Wouldn’t stay here again

The room itself was fine. The floor was dirty as evidenced by our socks. We had to ask 3 times for a crib for our toddler. There was also no hot water and front desk stated that it was the case in the whole building. Definitely going to reconsider coming here again. Not super happy.
