Hotel was comfortable - check in was smooth. The room was nice. Parking is a challenge so don’t recommend staying in this area if you have a vehicle

NYC family trip
Location is great, nice view of the city. A bit noisy since it’s along LGA flight path but 10 min drive to LGA. Breakfast is decent but the same daily. Gym is so-so, no one use it. Carpet is ancient, and headboard is peeling. Bathroom is more updated. AC is very noisy. Door lock works iffy. We rarely spent time in room except to sleep and take showers.

Emma was amazing. She let us check in a bit early with no up charge annd we even were anble to upgrade our room. Incredibly clean. Breakfast included. We went to the Mets game and the walk was doable. We will come back!

Pretty convenient location relative to La Guardia airport and public transportation. TV in my room was not working. Internet cut in and out so much that I was not able to use it. views of the Manhattan skyline from room 1004 were very nice. Good breakfast.
