Lobby and pool area very nice. Our room was very smelly stale and our phone didn’t work with nowhere to plug in. I emailed and told the unfriendly morni g desk person and no one showed up. Bad service except for the friendly house keeper who gave us a cup of coffee! Bed was very hard too sleep on and walls are paper thin could hear neighbours talking very loudly. Will not stay here again.

Very comfortable room however I do recommend a 2 bedroom because we could hear our neighbors conversations. Also, we kept loosing hot water in our shower. Overall great stay for a quick affordable spot.

Good, worth the money
The stay was nice, the room was clean and we enjoyed the mini fridge and microwave. The shower whined a little but nothing terrible. Only negative is it’s been 18 days since we checked out and the deposit is still pending.

Great safe stay!!
I stay here frequently because it is a nice, safe off-strip property that is easy to get to the room and plenty of parking. The full time security guard and security doors ensures safety. None of the hotels actively recycle like in Cali.

The property was well-kept. The location is appealing. The area is not on the strip, so it is not as congested as hotels on the strip would be. The hotel has a shuttle service to the strip that operates at regular intervals. However, you will be charged this fee whether or not you use the service. The staff was friendly. My major complaint is the $200 incident fee. You will be charged this fee on your debit card upon arrival on your card. It may take five to seven days to remove it after you check out.
