When we booked we were not told that there was a club 1 and club 2 at club de soleil. We told the taxi driver the name of the resort and address. When we got there the girl on the front desk said that they didn't have a room assigned to us, she asked if we had a prefrence of what floor. That evening when we took the shuttle we got out at club 2 not knowing we were checked into club 1 and could not find our room, had to find their front desk and asked where our room was and they looked up our name and told us we were at the wrong club de soleil, not impressed. I don't know if they do that to fill both properties but we should have been told. The property and the pictures did not line up. We were very disappointed and will never go there again. When we went to check out no one to be found and main door locked, had to ring bell several time to get someones attention, check out was 10am

Overall, not bad for the price but not great eithe
The room is a good size. I got the room with a king size bed, small microwave, and mini fridge, with a sink, toaster and coffee pot. The carpets were pretty filthy/stained, but other than that, it seemed clean. I was there for 7 days/6 nights and only had one medium trash can under the sink and a tiny one in the bathroom. They did provide a hair dryer, which was helpful. During the majority of my stay, i could hear my neighbors TV blasting through the thin walls. That was my biggest complaint. Also, the fan for the HVAC made an annoying noise so i had to turn the fan off while i was sleeping.

I usually stay here all the time and it’s nice. It’s just security was really bad that night. There was a pre-wedding party next-door. That was real loud. They partied till four in the morning.

Overall, the stay was good. The staff were helpful and the property has good amenities. However, overall the hotel felt a little dated. The fridge in our room never got cold, and the curtains were broken. But, it’s a budget hotel, so I guess you pay for what you get.

I enjoyed my stay here, it had such a comfortable vibe and felt like an actual home. I arrived in town earlier than expected (check in at 4) I took a chance at 1pm and I was able to check in 3 hours early! Pool/jacuzzi was open until midnight so that was great. Kitchen had everything I needed and the jetted tub 🤗😯 very nice! Yes, furniture was a little outdated but honestly that didn't bother me. I only mention because I see other reviews. Free shuttle to Strip, near grocery stores. Great location. All in all, this is where I will be staying come future Vegas trips.

The staff was so sweet and personable. Everyone was very accommodating! The room was amazing, very comfortable, clean, safe, it had a mini kitchen, bath tub, fridge, microwave, and a nice tv! It was super easy to get in and out. We felt very comfortable and would love to stay here again. Thank you so much again!!

The staff is very cheerful and responsive which makes the stay very wonderful. The shuttle schedule details could be better explained. We and other guests on the property got dropped off by the shuttle at the last stop which was not part of the property.

Bad service from the get go…
Not good hospitality at registration desk. They could not tell us when the rooms would be ready, even though we had planned for a 4pm availability and had plans set for that timeframe. We got to the property early and asked if they could by any chance get our 3 rooms for a 3pm arrival, and they said they could not, that was ok, as we understood 4 pm was the ‘negotiated’ or contracted time. The issue was that they told us that they needed at least until 4:30pm and maybe even after to get us rooms. After I got upset and told them it was unacceptable… they were able to get us rooms at 3:15pm… Not the best reception, definitely not friendly or customer centered service. The location and rooms were nice. It just sucks to get bad service from the get go…
