Beautiful property! Floors could be cleaner, and the bed was not very comfortable...I think a new mattress will be needed. Otherwise, a nice place to stay!

This place was great. Not overly fancy but really nice. All the amenities that our family needed. I loved the location, right next to a Dutch Bros Coffee! The staff was helpful. The rooms were really clean but not potent with chemicals. It was a quiet neighborhood as it was away from downtown. I would love to stay there for several days in a row.

Gem in the dessert
This hotel is a gem sitting about 1.5 miles away from the Stripe. The surrounding area is quiet, there is ample parking in the compound, the swimming pool is lovely, clean and not very busy, and kids enjoyed it. The suite has full size washer and dryer, lots of utensils. WIFI was smooth. I did wait for a long time to check in since there was only one staff. But the staff was friendly and thorough in her explanation in everything.

We arrived at 1 am to find that our reservation had been canceled and the hotel moved our reservation to a sister property on the strip and that we would not be charged. However, we were 3 people and the hotel booked us a room for one and when we called to request a change, the customer care literally hung up on us. We then had to fight with the Hilton Grand Vacations hotel to get a bigger room and escalate to a manager to get anything done, which means we didn’t get to sleep until 3 am with a wake up time of 6 am. Very disappointed in the Hilton brand and service provided, will try to avoid Hilton from now on

I liked the apartment and all the associated amenities. The facility was well maintained and the staff were very responsive and available. Security seemed good as I noted a designated individual walking the property. The initial experience when I arrived was awful after flying for many hours and being told upon arrival that the reservation could not be fulfilled as the facility was full. I was given no explanation just told I could stay and it was 1am in the morning. After some animated discussion the staff was able to find me a room in the Hilton on the strip. I got there at 3am and then was told by the garage attendant that I couldn't come in, I was not on the list. It was the WORST experience I have ever had with Hilton and certainly has me wondering about future stays. That issue aside (which seems to be a corporate leadership issue) I have to say the property itself was great. I would love to hear back on this issue as I have never been denied a place to stay when I had a long standing reservation and have been a long standing Honors member.
