Nice room, but dirty floors.
The place was nice and roomy, but the floors were really dirty. My kids took their shoes off in the room and within 5 minutes of playing on the carpet the bottom of their feet were dark black. The beds were also really hard and so I had a stiff back after staying there. We did enjoy the setup of the room and the fact that there are washer/dryers and a kitchen. The bathtub was also nice and big to bathe our kids in.

This was a surprisingly nice stay. These units appear to have formerly been an apartment complex that was transformed into longterm stay units. The company did a nice job in the transformation. The units were clean and very well-maintained and the staff was helpful and pleasant. I was warned by some locals that the area around the complex was not the best, but it really was no problem. There was a security gate up-front and there were tall, wrought-iron fences along the perimeter of the property. It was all good. The units were big and had a full range of offerings. The gym was not amazing but got the job done for a trip.

Nice property.Dishwasher sounded like a freight train. The place could use a good clean on the floors and baseboards. That being said we will stay here again. Just not up to what we call the “Hilton Experience “. Staff was fantastic!

Great place!!
The place, service and location were great. The feel of being at home away from home was awesome. The front desk checked in everyday to see if we needed anything. The only thing that was not great was you can hear everything happening outside
