Know what you’re getting. It’s not Wynn so don’t expect that. Four Queens was perfect for our needs. Clean. Friendly. Plenty of plush towels and shower was great. Great value. No resort fee. I feel like I underpaid and that’s okay with me. Will stay again!

Worst stay ever. Reservation was for King Size and non smoking, upon checking in front desk said they Upgraded us but put us in a smoking double room. Definitely a downgrade. Front desk personnel were not helpful and rude. Water pressure was non existent. Air conditioner was broken only felt like a cool fan in 105 degree weather. Tried to voice our concerns and the end of stay again and front desk ladies were very very rude. I will never recommend the 4 Queens and will never stay again. Horrible experience.

The staff is very attractive to phones needs and very accommodating, especially the front desk staff. We have stayed 4 times now and will go back. The rooms are very clean and quite comfortable.

No Ice
It wasn’t what I expected..we could not check in at 3..the room was not ready until 4:20pm..we stayed on the 2nd floor but the ice machine had been removed from our floor for repair so the nearest ice was on the 5th floor..someone had unplugged the tv so it took awhile for me th have someone from the front desk figure that out..other than those issues things were fine
