As a non-smoker, this was a horrible stay. I felt like I was sleeping in an ashtray. It was not apparent when booked that this hotel has smoking rooms. Inquired at front desk to move to a non-smoking room, but they were not able to accommodate. Had an awful night sleep and my lungs will take days to recover. Never again.

Place is disgusting. Non smoking rooms smell like smoke. Filthy bed, sheets and everything. Rude front desk, especially the black girl with her wave dislodged on her head. 4:00 check in time but she kept saying after 4:30

The property is accessible and not too big. I always enjoy the dining options and the Chicago pub. We were in a suite and had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Even though we were on a lower floor, it was not too noisy.

this hotel was great, it always is, the room was real nice, and clean and quiet, but the best thing about your hotel is the employees, justine and cyrille.are great, especially justin,i listen to how he talks to the customers and im impressed. i have never meet an employee so nice and friendly and consider it . he goes beyond the call of duty. a A PLUS for the company

I went to Vegas with my babies for my mom's wedding, and the room smelled no cigarettes. It was easy for me to stroll to get to the main street without going through the casino

Had a nice stay, very clean. Did have to do a lot of walking, it's a big hotel, located downtown Las Vegas. Will definitely stay here again. Also they do not charge resort fees.
