Property was dirty inside and out. Jacuzzi didn't work,juice machine never worked and didn't even bother to get juice boxes or something to replace it with. Doesn't even have snacks or sodas or water to buy as stated on website.Will not stay again. Doesn't look like they care about guests getting what they've paid for.

The shower floor was dirty. The toilet flush handle was separated from the toilet. The sink nozzle was loose and dripping. In the room, the walls had many holes that had apparently previously Ben used to hold pictures. The air conditioning unit did not work properly both that it didn't blow well, and that the thermostat didn't work properly either. I could go on, but you get the idea. I seriously don't know how they keep their franchise.

Nothing in the hotel worked. Ice machines were out, water in the lobby restrooms was not working. The rooms smelled and were dirty. There was brown stuff in the freezer in my room. The bathtub was dirty in my room. The comforters were dingy. Every time we left left the rooms the key reader stopped working. We had to get a new key every time. The staff were really nice however the property was not accommodating to the price and deposit charged for the rooms

The hotel is located near a Hwy so it’s very noisy; even the AC fan couldn’t drown it out. They had no juice for breakfast in the 3 days we were there (machine was out of order). Some mildew in the shower. Staff was friendly and everything else was good.

My key stopped working and I went to the lobby but had to wait around to get someone to fix it, because there was no one at the desk. The bathroom doors need to desperately be cleaned- they’re very dirty and the toilet seat was super loose. I asked for a room away from major roads but I could still hear the freeway clearly.
