The upgraded room was trash small shower and no real door to bathroom fan wasn’t working in bathroom told the front seat nothing happen was disappointed with spending an extra 100 somthing for nothing

Very dirty and inconvenience, you barely find somebody from staff to help you location is so busy and you don’t have any amenity in the room You don’t have even a tissue in your room, just a bit and one table.

I haven’t been to the Plaza hotel in 10 years. I was pleasantly surprised by how it was newly renovated. This is my favorite hotel to stay at downtown Las Vegas and I will not stay anywhere else, but here rooms were clean. Staff was courteous and the food was amazing.

The Plaza is right at the end of Fremont Street which was convenient. Two unpleasant things were, you experience Fremont Street in your room, music is loud and base thumping. The second was the bathroom sucked ass, the door for shower and toilet hit the toilet when you closed the door. A little on the small side. Hotel was clean and staff was great.

Irregular service from the reception staff, some good, some rather abrupt. Our room was a decent size and clean but the bathroom was very small. Despite the deluxe branding it was OK rather than outstanding. The friday night fireworks and evenings on the pool deck were great however. Parking is ample and easy to get a space.

Precious and pleasant.
My arrival to the plaza was just like any other one, pleasant and quiet. Upon arriving at the front desk I was greeted by a beautiful front desk assistant named Precious, her personality and beautiful smile made me happy she was sweet and funny, yet very professional and attentive to the needs of customers. Of all the times I’ve been at the plaza this was the first time that I enjoyed checking in. Thank you, Precious.

Stayed at the Plaza a few years ago and the changes seem to be for the worse. Can no longer use valet/drop off at reception as they blocked access. Have to park in parking lot and walk all the way from south tower to north tower. If you have bags then its a long walk with no baggage carts. The room was the renovated one in the north tower. Clean and had coffee maker and fridge. View of the mountains so quiet. The only loud thing was the AC. Awkward walk from north tower to south tower for pool. And the hours for the pool are only 9am to 7pm! Thats really early to shut the pool, expecially if you get back from a long day. At least shut the pool at 10pm like other hotels.

They were holding a last minute special event in the parking area/structure and they had inconvenient parking 2 blocks away on Main St. They said they offered a shuttle from the parking to the hotel, but no signage was displayed and we had to walk to the hotel in 115 degree weather! We were very annoyed, sweaty and tired when we arrived at check in. They didn’t even offer us water for Gods sake!
