Bait and switch

First off I booked this hotel because it was said to have a pool and hot tub both of which were closed. My sheets were stained. The casino was pretty crappy. And I was charged a resort fee after being told I was paying in full.

Site was cleaning, waited for valet but couldn’t find anyone so we had to self park. Buffett was very basic for the price . Room was very nice and the shower was perfect.

The price was very reasonable. The steak house was great and cocktails were perfect. We had no hot water in our shower called down and they had maintenance up there within 5 min. Very impressed. They had to replace the mixer valve in the shower. Found out one of the two boilers for the tower was broken then while they were working on our shower the other one went out. We were not able to take a hot shower the first night. I had to take a quick COLD shower since we drove right up after I worked. The boiler got fixed at some point in the night. Had hot water in the morning. The chairs in the family sweet we stayed in had a nasty red stain (hoping it was red wine and not blood) Told our kids to stay off of them.
